If the customer is requesting an exchange, they must follow the "Return Policy" and request an RMA number.
If Savage Barbell sent you the wrong size by mistake, contact us and we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the item to be sent back at no charge to you. Once the item is received at the warehouse, the correct item will be shipped out.
The customer is responsible for shipping & all shipping costs when sending items to Savage Barbell for exchange.
Savage Barbell will ship the new exchanged items back, at no cost to customers, for the first exchange. If the customer would like a second exchange, the customer will be required to pay for the shipping costs in both directions. A shipping invoice for 1st class mail via USPS will be emailed to customer for payment before the item is sent.
Savage Barbell does not provide free international exchange shipping. Contact us to find rates or include your own international prepaid shipping label for the exchange.
If a refund request is made after exchange items have been sent, customer will be charged for the previous exchange postage and re-stocking fee.
